01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3jl3 platform — whether through the website at https ://3jl3.net or through the 3jl3 mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3jl3 platform and close your account. Continued use of 3jl3 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 3jl3 platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing 3jl3 services through a third-party device or network.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 3jl3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. 3jl3 does not permit access to its gaming services by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 3jl3 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3jl3, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous 3jl3 account that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 3jl3 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3jl3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 3jl3 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 3jl3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• 3jl3 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without prior notice.
• Players must update their account information promptly if any details change.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

3jl3 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the 3jl3 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 3jl3 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 3jl3 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your 3jl3 account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• 3jl3 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• 3jl3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

3jl3 offers a range of bonuses, promotional vouchers, and incentive programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3jl3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 3jl3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Vouchers issued through the 3jl3 Voucher program are subject to their own specific terms and expiry dates.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 3jl3 platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

3jl3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 3jl3 or any third party. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant table game.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the 3jl3 system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 3jl3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. 3jl3 reserves the right to void bets where the integrity of an event is in question.
• 3jl3 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 3jl3 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the 3jl3 platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 3jl3 platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 3jl3 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the 3jl3 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 3jl3 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 3jl3 staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

3jl3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or someone you know, 3jl3 encourages you to seek help immediately.

3jl3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 3jl3 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jl3 platform — including but not limited to the 3jl3 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3jl3 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jl3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 3jl3 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 3jl3 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 3jl3 software.
• Use any 3jl3 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jl3 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

3jl3 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 3jl3 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• 3jl3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 3jl3 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• 3jl3 is not responsible for any third-party services, payment processors, or internet service providers used in connection with the platform.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

3jl3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on 3jl3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 3jl3 Privacy Policy.

3jl3 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

3jl3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine court or regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3jl3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3jl3 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 3jl3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 3jl3's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to 3jl3 support and allow up to 30 days for resolution before pursuing any external remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
